Planning a kids birthday, retirement party, quinceanera?! You name it! Southern Belle Events would absolutely love to help you! All parties are done A la carte due to them being largely different but Southern Belle Events will do an free hour consultation to get an understanding of what you want and/or need help with! $250 is just a general starting price for birthday parties or simple celebrations. This is not the same as full party planning and the price can increase depending on what services you need.
