Are you physically ready for your wedding? Do you feel happy with your current level of physical fitness? If not maybe you have some time to change that!
Not being happy in your own skin is a way you don't want to feel on your wedding day. Knowing that all of the attention is on you can also bring on more stress and anxiety. If you're lucky then you have a little bit of time to work on the things you want to!
The thing to remember is that when you are looking for something to help lose weight, or gain weight, then make sure to do good research. Don't fall into the fad diets like Keto or Juice Cleanse. If you are not happy with your weight it should be a lifestyle change that you make. Talking to a doctor can always be helpful as well! On thing that me and my doctor found for me was that I needed to cut carbs. I switched to a low carb, high protein, moderate fat meal plan and it has worked! No I'm not a super model but I do feel comfortable and feel like I have a lot more energy! However keep in mind everyone is different and not everyone will want to lose the same amount of weight, someone might want to gain some weight. It is important that even though we want to be beautiful for our day we don't risk our health for it!
Another thing to help is exercise! Exercising can help you lose weight but also gain muscle, just depends on your eating habits and the amount of activity!
All in all it's your day and no matter what you do you're going to stand out and look fabulous!
